“I can't imagine a better caretaker than Carrie-Ann for my dogs. She took care of all three of my dogs while I was away, including a medically fragile, blind, partly deaf 18 year old jack russell terrier that requires meals/meds 6 times a day. Not only did she follow all instructions and keep the house in pristine condition, but she also made sure to ask any questions or clarify anything she was uncertain about to make sure the dogs were well cared for. I felt like someone who loved the dogs as much as I did was caring for them. Thank you so much, Carrie-Ann. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs pet care."

"Carrie-Ann is a smart, intuitive, and caring person who truly loves animals. She took care of my nervous shy boy Milo for daycare, she was patient with him and let him take his time getting used to her. She was flexible and able to accommodate my long and sometimes variable hours. You can tell Carrie-Ann really loves animals and treats each pet like her own, which is really what i wanted when looking for someone to care for my boy. She also sent me lots of photos and updates which i loved since i was nervous leaving my boy. She made me and Milo very comfortable. “Carrie-Ann has definitely found what she is meant to be doing. Her love of animals is so evident, and she got my shy little boy cuddling beside her in no time. I was surprised and really happy to know he was comfortable so quickly. On top of that, she’s amazing with communication before and during. I got lots of photo and text updates throughout the day. She is very professional, asks great questions about the dogs and thinks carefully about what activities will be a good fit for age and energy level. I will definitely be calling her again to look after my dogs!”

“Carrie-Ann did an outstanding job dog sitting for our pup! She went above and beyond to take him on long walks, lots of play, and enrichment to keep him happy! Everyday she provided photos and any important updates about his health and habits. We could see our doggy was having an absolute blast and was very comfortable with her. “Carrie-Ann has been walking Luna (our German Shepherd/Lab cross) since we adopted her at the age of 4 months old. From the very beginning, she was so patient when Luna acted the way a rambunctious puppy does in a new home, and was a huge source of reassurance to me as a new dog mom! I trust her completely with our girl, and Luna really enjoys the time she gets to spend with Carrie-Ann. My husband and I have erratic work hours, and Carrie-Ann has gone above and beyond to accommodate our request for daily walks and extra evening hang-outs with Luna, even when we moved to a new house several blocks away from her usual stomping grounds. She is extremely professional, always responds to messages immediately, keeps us updated on how Luna is doing with text messages (and accompanying photos!), and checks in outside of work hours when Luna is under the weather. Carrie-Ann is an absolute pleasure to work with and we cannot recommend her highly enough!"

“Carrie-Ann's reviews on this site are better than you could believe to be true. THEY'RE TRUE. She took care of our two poofy cats and one jubilant bunny for 8 days, and we were constantly sent pictures and daily updates about how they were doing. Detailed updates, so we could see that they were feeling great with her very attentive and affectionate care, and not really missing us that much at all! Rabbits are especially fragile pets, and having Carrie-Ann (who has her own rabbits) watching over my Schmoo made me relax and really enjoy our time away. She kept to an agreed schedule (so the fuzzies knew when to expect her) and our place was in fine order when we returned, too. We would not hesitate to book her again, or to recommend her to anyone (especially if you're nervous about leaving your babies with someone else). Carrie-Ann is the best!”

"All I have to say is WOW! When it comes to my dogs, I want the best for them and I’m very picky with who watches them. When I did my “meet and greet” with Carrie-Ann, I knew right away she was going to be the one watching my doggies. When my dogs stayed with Carrie-Ann, she sent me pictures and videos every day that I was away. Every day that I would wake up there were pictures and throughout the day as well. And I cannot forget how knowledgeable she is about dogs!! She explained to me why they react a certain way, what I should do, and how to maintain it. I just cannot thank her enough because I am one of those way too over protective doggy moms, so she deff made my trip stress free! Thank you so much Carrie-Ann, and Princess and Preston will deff be coming back!!!"

“Carrie-Ann was a phenomenal pet sitter! I was so worried that I would not be able to find a sitter with the upcoming holidays but Carrie-Ann really came through! She is wonderful to communicate with and responds promptly. We easily scheduled a meet and greet and a time to drop off my dog. She was so flexible and easy going, which really put me at ease. During Libby's stay she sent me photos every day. I could tell how much she enjoyed having my dog around. I could tell that she cared for my dog just as I would. Carrie-Ann gave Libby all the love and attention I could have ever wanted. I will 100% book with her again. I have never been so impressed by a pet sitter before. "We had great communication and updates during our time away. It is difficult to find a sitter experienced with rabbits and Carrie-Ann knew exactly what to watch for. I also have an anxious cat that needs medication and she warmed up to Carrie-Ann and took her meds with no issues on the first visit. I’m so grateful Carrie-Ann could make accommodations for us during the busy holiday season. We will be using her services again in the future!"

"I felt so relaxed and reassured that my Savvy-Cat would be well taken care of while I was away. First time they met, I could see the bond between them, Carrie-Ann’s love for animals was apparent, and she asked and cared about Savvy’s fave things to do, her kind nature and gentle ways with my Savvy showed how much she really enjoyed being with her. As pet owners, we all know how hard it is to leave our furbabies, but the messages and lots of pics she sent to me each time she visited, assured me that my girl was in good hands and loved. I have booked Carrie-Ann already for future get-aways. Definitely would recommend her!"

“Carrie-Ann pet sat my bunny and goldfish (and home) for the night. I was nervous about leaving my bunny and had never utilised an in-house sitter before, but I could not have been happier with the service provided. Carrie-Ann offered a meet and greet with me and my bunny ahead of the booking. Once booked she then provided many updates, pics and cute videos of my fur baby, who seemed very relaxed and at ease with her. Carrie-Ann even pointed out some potential issues he might have, which was awesome to know that he had been so closely monitored whilst I was away. My house was also left absolutely spotless I will be booking again!”

“Carrie-Ann is the sweetest soul and I had absolutely zero reservations about them looking after our two kitties, Loki and Lily. I could immediately tell that they have such a heart for animals by the attention to detail included in all the messages leading up to the drop-ins. When we were away I had such peace of mind that Loki and Lily would be in the best hands possible. And receiving dozens of photos of the kitties was the cherry on top. We came home to happy and healthy babies. I’d absolutely recommend them to watch and care for your fur baby!"

“Carrie was very timely with her responses and setting up our meet-and-greet was a breeze as she was extremely accommodating. It was evident that she was attentive to our preferences and training with Cali (our 4-month-old Golden pup who is going through rigorous training at this time), and we loved that she had asked us many different questions about her care. "Carrie-Ann was recommended to me by a friend to cat sit my 3 cats during my month long summer holiday. She was professional, responsible, friendly, understood my cats needs, responsive to my own needs (providing picture and text updates with every visit) and, truly, I was able to have a worry free vacation because of her. She was available when needed and quick to reply. She also is a true animal lover and my cats absolutely loved her and not only is she running a business, but clearly enjoys spending time with animals - this was very important to me (and my cats!) because for all of us cat lovers out there, we know our little fur lovers know who like them or not. "I entrusted Carrie-Ann with pet sitting my cats and fish at my apartment. She did an exceptional job and went above and beyond in taking care of my pets. She provided regular updates, pictures and videos of my pets. She even cleaned up my cats bowls and eating + litter space. Carrie-Ann also pointed out a possible medical issue with my cat. “Carrie-Ann looked after our three month old cockapoo, Fred, for two nights and I can’t say enough about how wonderful her services are. We were reluctant to leave him with anyone but Carrie-Ann was so warm and sweet that fred took to her immediately. While we were gone we got regular updates and photos about how Fred was doing. Carrie-Ann was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times and even went to the trouble of puppy proofing her own home so we knew Fred would be safe! Fred can’t wait for his next stay with Carrie-Ann!”

"Our experience with Carrie-Ann has been absolutely wonderful! She is an extremely responsible and competent dog walker and we have felt so comfortable entrusting her with the care of our beloved dog, Dahlia. Her communication has been excellent and thorough and you can tell she takes her work very seriously, giving the animals in her care the utmost attention and thoughtfulness. So many small details that just demonstrate what a conscientious and kind person she is! Dahlia is our whole world, so it means everything to us to know that while in Carrie-Ann's care she is safe and cared for completely :). Receiving her detailed Rover cards with great photos has become a highlight of our days when we have a walk booked. "Carrie-Ann is simply wonderful. She took care of my five little cats for eight days and achieved truly amazing things. She even connected with one of our shyest babies, and I was honestly amazed. She kept us updated on how our little ones were doing and sent us beautiful photos that looked like they were taken by a professional. She gave them so much love, and I could see my babies happy and living their best little lives. I even feel like they forgot they were supposed to miss us. To be honest, I am a tiny bit jealous of how much they grew to love Carrie-Ann, but I am also incredibly happy knowing they felt safe and cared for. She is now officially part of our little cat family, and we will absolutely call her again the next time we need help. She won our hearts too."

"Carrie Ann watched after my cat for an entire week! I was new to moving here and was terrified to be leaving my cat in the new home we moved into, i shared my specific concerns with Carrie Ann and she reassured me all would be okay, when we where actually gone she went out of her way to address my specific concerns and reassure me my cat was totally fine. She sent over 10 pictures every visit and showed me how much he was eating and using the litter box. Carrie ann was absolutely the best person for me when it came to how stressed I was leaving my kitty! She is 1000% worth the money and you could not find a better cat or animal sitter around. You are truly doing what you were made to do Carrie Ann! I think i’ve thanked her over a hindered times but that still isn’t enough! Thank you!"
